At Dermalogica Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
